3. How to Submit a Notice

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent via Telegram: @trnind. We will review your notice and respond within a reasonable time frame.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.

5. Repeat Infringers

HuginAIChat will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
