1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZeroTraceAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZeroTraceAI is a desktop application that provides real-time AI-generated answers during interviews using a screen-share-invisible overlay. The Service uses on-device audio processing and AI inference to assist users during live interviews.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZeroTraceAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the Service during interviews.
  • ZeroTraceAI is a productivity and preparation tool. Users must comply with the rules and policies of any interview platform or employer.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Plan activations are immediate upon payment. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not provided once a plan is activated and used. If you experience a technical issue, contact support within 24 hours of purchase for evaluation.

6. Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan grants access to all current and future features of ZeroTraceAI with a single one-time payment. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the user. ZeroTraceAI reserves the right to discontinue the product with at least 12 months' notice to Lifetime plan holders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and technology within ZeroTraceAI are the exclusive property of ZeroTraceAI and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZeroTraceAI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated answers will be accurate or appropriate for any specific interview context.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZeroTraceAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or interview outcomes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@zerotrace.ai.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
